RP Business Center also hosts several full time or monthly rental offices that fit one or two desks each. These spaces are in high demand but please inquire for last minute availability and waitlist options. All spaces are fully furnished, have access to Wifi and have access to RP Business Center Services such as notarization, professional copier access, etc. for reduced fees.

- Offices are open Monday-Friday to reliably receive mail and packages, or greet visitors
- Safeguards home address and personal details from public domain found on business registrations and licenses
- Ideal for businesses that do not receive face-to-face customer traffic on a regular basis, but also want a professional presence with a commercial street address instead of a PO Box or residential address

Notary Service
All notary options are available between 9am and 4pm, Monday – Friday.
Appointments are recommended, but not required if someone is available.
We perform notary acts to administer oaths, take acknowledgments and verify identities of the persons signing. This can be done on any number of documents, as well as government forms. We cannot provide instruction on how to complete forms or documents.
- Each signer must have either a current drivers license, state or federal I.D. card or a passport to confirm identity.
- Each notarized document (stamp) is $10.00 unless noted otherwise below.
We can provide witness services only if another staff member is in the office, otherwise the signer should arrange to bring their own witness(es). Witness fee is $10. - Remote notary services are available. Based on travel time and distance, an additional fee will be charged, starting at $40.00.
- Scanned email file of notarized documents is complimentary; copies provided at current business center rates.
Costs:
- Acknowledgment/Oath/Affirmation – $10.00 per stamp
- Jurats/Protests – $10.00 per stamp
- Certified Copies – $10.00 per stamp
We cannot provide certified copies of any government-issued document, such as a birth certificate. - VIN Verification – $20.00 per stamp
